  • Making and preserving persimmon jam using atmospheric steam canning or boiling water canning
  • Making spiced persimmon refrigerator pickles 
  • An update on drying whole traditional Japanese "hoshigaki" (building on Preserving Persimmons I November 14, 2024 recorded program)
